Leandro "Leo" Augsburger, born on August 11, 2004, in Posadas, Misiones, Argentina, is a professional padel player standing 1.90 metres tall. The son of padel-passionate parents who owned a court complex in Posadas, he left school at 14 to dedicate himself fully to the sport and made his professional debut in 2021. He burst onto the international scene in 2023 alongside compatriot Valentino Libaak, becoming the youngest pair in World Padel Tour history to reach a final when they claimed the runner-up spot at the La Rioja Open, having entered on a wild card. He went on to reach another WPT final at the Mexico Open that same year. In 2024, Augsburger delivered the decisive point for Argentina to win the FIP World Championship in Doha alongside Libaak. Known on circuit as "El Bombardero" for his explosive smash and relentless attacking game.
